Sukkrut Spaces provides home organisation, decluttering, and space transformation services. All services are customised based on the client’s needs and the scope discussed during consultation.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after advance payment (if applicable).

• Remaining payment must be completed as agreed before or upon completion of the service.

• Pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, and requirements of the space.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Any last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of advance payment.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide access to the space on time.

• All personal belongings and valuables should be secured before the service begins.

• Final decisions regarding disposal or retention of items remain the client’s responsibility.

 

5. Scope of Work

• Sukkrut Spaces will organise based on agreed plans and systems.

• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Damages & Liability

• While we handle items with care, Sukkrut Spaces is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages

  • Fragile or high-value items not disclosed in advance

• Clients are advised to inform us of any delicate or valuable items before the session.

 

7. Results Disclaimer

• Organisation results depend on client cooperation and long-term maintenance.

• Sukkrut Spaces provides systems and guidance, but ongoing upkeep is the client’s responsibility.

 

8. Use of Images

• Before-and-after photos/videos may be taken for portfolio or marketing purposes.

• Client privacy will be respected, and permission will be taken before sharing identifiable content.

 

9. Privacy

All client information and details are kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Sukkrut Spaces reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
